What will the left-wingers over at DailyKos have to say about Obama’s “overtly” religious ad

We all remember the uproar that the Mike Huckabee Christmas commercial made back in December within the liberal blog-o-sphere. In it Huckabee, is sitting in front of bookshelves that forms a white cross within it (because that is the way most bookshelves are built). While it was simply bookshelves, the left-wing radical bloggers over at DailyKos had more sinister thoughts in mind and screamed that the ad was “Overtly Religious” and called Huckabee out on it. I personally wouldn’t care if it had been an overtly religious ad, but watch it again and you can decide:

That’s not overt — it’s bookshelves! And I repeat, I would have no problem if it was overtly religious, but it simply is not overtly religious.

Obama’s Kentucky “overtly” religious campaign flyer

Well the latest flyer that the Obama campaign has released in Kentucky is certainly “overtly religious.” CBN has excellent coverage of it here. Personally, I don’t have a problem with the flyer. I’m fine with Obama discussing his personal relationship with Christ and how he came to his Savior. But my question now is, how will the left-wing bloggers over at DailyKos and The Huffington Post respond. If they remain silent they only amplify their hypocrisy.

Once again, please judge for yourself the content of Obama’s flyer and compare it to Huckabee’s ad above.

Now, I’d say that is overtly religious. Wouldn’t you? What do you think the DailyKos and Huffington Post will say about that friends?

  1. 1 Chris

The flyer says “are active members of their church in Chicago”. I thought they were not active enough members to have heard the Rev. Wright’s crazy sermons? They were surprised by his outrageous views?
