Liberty Preservation Alliance Mission Statement
The Liberty Preservation Alliance was created as a champion for limiting federal government, conserving individual liberty, sanctioning personal responsibility, protecting property rights, and protecting our national interests.

Liberty Preservation Alliance Complete Vision
The Liberty Preservation Alliance advocates restoring the role of the government back to the local level and reducing the overall, ever-increasing, intrusion of the federal government into our everyday lives. Here are the main points shared by the Alliance:

  • The right to defend life and property though the use of force, including deadly force when necessary.
  • The right to have the use or benefit of firearms as guaranteed by the second amendment.
  • The elimination of an entitlement culture and victimization mentality encouraged by the federal government’s welfare programs, typified in socialized health-care proposals.
  • The introduction of competition in the government-run school system via school choice, and the eradication of teacher unions.
  • The abolition of the income tax, the IRS, and the 16th amendment and the implementation of the FairTax.
  • The increase of funding for a strong national defense to protect American interests at home and abroad while deterring enemy aggression.
  • The return to a culture that promotes anti-abortion tendencies.
  • The advancement of the separation of church and state as guaranteed by the first amendment.
  • The procurement of English as the official language legislation, tightened border security and the removal of the “anchor baby” clause from the fourteenth amendment.

The Alliance pledges to maintain a strict Originalist approach to the Constitution, believing that it should not be considered a “living document”. Further, the Alliance pledges to adhere to the vision that the Founding Fathers had while composing the Constitution and debating its core concepts in the Federalist Papers, and later amended in the Bill of Rights.

The Alliance is deathly concerned about the disastrous consequences of an unconstrained federal government and supports a return of the majority of the political power back to the control of the people at the local level where it is not explicitly granted to the federal government under the Constitution. The Tenth Amendment of the Constitution reserves all powers to the states or the people that are not specifically delegated to the federal government. Unfortunately, the federal government has gradually and discretely circumvented this concept to the point now where the exact opposite is generally accepted to be true.

The ideas presented by the Alliance need not require one to hold a nationalistic connection to the United States of America, but only to hold an idealistic connection to the United States of America and her liberties, freedoms, and opportunities.
